FAQ
Questions and answers.
Everything about ordering, ownership, hosting and what we do and do not build.
Basics
Ordering and ownership
What exactly do I get?
A complete WordPress website built for your niche, installed with your business name, colours and details, on name.launchreadysites.com or your own domain. Login, guide and invoice by e-mail.
Who owns the site?
You do. It is a standard WordPress site. Export it any time.
Do I have to use your hosting?
No. Choose No hosting at checkout and receive an export. Our plans are for people who prefer not to manage servers.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes, as an option at order time or later from your account.
Is the site built with a page builder?
No. We use the WordPress block editor, which is fast and will still work in five years.

Hosting, care and SEO
How do updates work on a care plan?
Plugins and theme are updated weekly on a copy first, then on your site. Daily backups, uptime and malware monitoring, monthly report.
Can I cancel?
Monthly plans: yes, any time from your account, effective end of the paid month. Yearly plans run to the end of the paid year.
What happens if I stop hosting with you?
You receive an export and a 30-day grace period before the hosting space is suspended.
Do you guarantee uptime or rankings?
No. We monitor, we fix, we report. We do not make promises nobody can keep.

Can you migrate my existing site?
Not as a catalogue option. Ask us for a quote.
Where are you based?
